 Welcome to Troop 747's website!

Troop 747 is based in Phoenix, Arizona.  It is chartered out of Phoenix Friends Church which is located at 8055 N. 39th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85051.

Donations Needed: Troop 747 is going to have a booth at Scout 'O Rama here in Phoenix this November. We're looking for donations of old Scout uniforms, patches, books, etc. for our booth. The theme of our booth this year is "Uniforms - Old & New". If you would like to contribute, please contact us via email.

Troop 747 was founded in 2006.  It was established by leaders and boys coming up from the Cub Scout pack 421.  Visit Pack 421's website here.  Troop 747 is a part of the Thunderbird District and the Grand Canyon Council.  If you are interested in more information on how to get involved, feel free to email us.

About Boy Scouts

Boy Scouting is available to boys who are at least 10 years old, have earned the Arrow of Light Award or have completed the fifth grade.  Boys must be at least 10 years old but not yet 18 years old. About Troop 747

Troop 747 is a growing, boy led Troop located in Phoenix, Arizona.  The primary focus of the Troop is to work on advancements through Merit Badges while having tons of fun at the same time.  Troop 747 has a very supportive group of adult leaders and we always try to keep the boys busy with lots of camping, hiking, biking, and other outdoor events.  The boys are very active in local camporees and other Council activities.  They assist their community with many local service projects as well.  See our Troop Calendar for upcoming activities and our Photo Album for pictures of past events.
